What's included in the free trial?

You get full access to your chosen plan (Starter or Professional) for 14 days. No credit card required. Run payroll, set up AI agents, invite your team — everything works. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.

How does per-employee billing work?

You're billed based on your active headcount on the last day of each billing period. If you hire or offboard employees mid-month, your next invoice adjusts automatically. Each plan has a minimum employee threshold (Starter: 15, Professional: 25, Enterprise: 75).

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and configuration carry over seamlessly.

What happens if I go over my employee limit?

There are no hard caps — the employee ranges are recommendations, not walls. If your 30-person company is on Starter and hires employee #31, everything keeps working. We'll suggest upgrading to Professional when you'd benefit from the additional features, but we won't force it.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
